The game “Vampires” immediately attracts attention with its unusual theme. Well, of course, it’s not every day that you see a board game about vampires and the search for empty graves! :) But don’t be scared - these little vampires are not scary at all, but quite harmless and even cute. “How can this be?” - you ask. See for yourself!
The game contains 60 funny vampires in 6 colors. Before the first rays of the sun touch the ground, they need to hide in the cemetery... The playing field depicts 60 graves, on which the lids are placed in a random order (they are colored on the reverse side). The task of each player is to get rid of all his little vampires (which are located in a row in front of him), placing them in graves with lids that match the color. On his turn, the player opens one of the graves - if it is empty and the color of its lid matches the color of one of the last vampires in his row, then the player can put him in this grave. This continues until he opens a grave with a lid of a color he doesn’t need or (which is much worse) occupied. In this case, he will have to take a wooden peg as punishment (and when he accumulates 3 such pegs, other players will be simply happy to give him one vampire as a “gift”!) In addition, each player has 3 bunches of garlic, which he can place in graves so that other players’ vampires cannot occupy them. Thus, if one of the participants is not so far from victory, you can play a little mischief by putting garlic in the grave with a lid of the color he needs! :) This is how the game goes: participants take turns opening the graves, trying to remember which of them are not yet occupied and what color their lids are, in order to open exactly those that suit their little vampires, and not run into another vampire or garlic. However, this is not so easy to do: there are as many as 60 graves on the playing field, and it is almost impossible to remember everything, and with each move it becomes more and more difficult. But the process itself is very fun and exciting! On the one hand, everyone is focused, trying to remember the colors of the lids, but on the other hand, when someone accidentally runs into a vampire or a bunch of garlic (especially funny if it’s their own :)), the situation is immediately defused with friendly “encouragements”: “Well, Why are you so!..”, “But I definitely remembered that this grave was occupied!”
