Since the 1960s, the statistics of violent crimes on the territory of the USSR has grown steadily, and at the same time the number of those called serial killers has also increased. Anatoly Slivko killed and tortured children for twenty years, saying that “all this was exclusively for the filming of a historical film about the Nazis.” Nikolai Dzhumagaliev dismembered and ate girls. This gave him inspiration. Alexey Sukletin preferred to feed his neighbors with dishes prepared from the girls he killed.
