Pickup from Belaya Vorona stores

You can pick up the order yourself from a store in Belgrade or Novi Sad.

Attention! Make sure you receive a confirmation of the readiness of the order by SMS or email.
Please also note that the order is stored in the store no more than 10 days. After the expiration of the storage period, the order will be cancelled.

Paid delivery by courier service "BEX" to any city in Serbia

Delivery cost is 500 din, regardless of the weight of the purchase and the delivery address.

We cooperate with the courier service BEX.
Please note the specifics of the work of courier services in Serbia: the courier can call at any time from 8 am to 16 pm, including 5 minutes before arrival. The courier service works only on weekdays, Monday through Friday.

If for some reason you were unable to meet the courier and receive the parcel, there will be a second attempt the next day. If you are unable to pick up the parcel the next day, it will be returned to the sender.

Payment is possible in cash or by credit card.

You can pick up your order yourself from pick-up points (PACKET SHOP) of our partner - the BEX courier service.

When the order is delivered to the pickup point, you will receive a message in Viber (this is a feature of the delivery service); if this messenger is not installed on your device, you will receive an SMS with the shipment number, which you will need to give at the pickup point.

With this delivery method, you do not depend on the courier’s arrival time and can pick up your order at a time convenient for you.
